September 2023 – The WE PARK Business Intelligence Decision System ("WE PARK BI System") V2.0 is an intelligent decision-making software independently developed by WE PARK, based on big data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies. This system represents a digital upgrade in parking service management capabilities and marks an important milestone in WE PARK's continued advancement in smart parking solutions.

February 2022- KKR and ADM Capital announced the completion of a joint investment in “WE PARK” with existing investors also participating in this round. “WE PARK” is an asset management platform focused on car park assets. This investment will facilitate the platform’s business growth and further expansion.

May 2020 - WE PARK acquired 9 prime Beijing car park assets from SOHO China, expanding its portfolio of "under-valued and under-researched".
