James founded LimeTree Capital Partners in 2006. He has over 34 years fiduciary investment management experience. He started his career with Mercury Asset Management in London (part of SG Warburg) and then held various senior management positions with Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management, where he was Chief Executive of the UK business and then Chief Executive Asia/Pacific with responsibility for the equity, fixed income, real estate and private equity investment platforms. James has worked in Asia for 20 years.

KELVIN HSU

LimeTree Capital-COO

Kelvin Hsu has over 27 years of finance and accounting experience, of which 20 years was spent in the RE industry. His most recent roles were CFO for Tishman Speyer based in Shanghai for 2 years, and COO and CFO for Goodman Asia for almost 10 years. Kelvin’s extensive experience spans the full spectrum of operational disciplines, including finance, accounting, treasury, tax structuring, change management, IT, HR, and corporate governance as well as portfolio and investment management, and business development. Kelvin has worked on projects across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and the UK.

IVY HE

CEO

Ivy joined LimeTree Capital Advisors in 2018 as a senior director. Ivy has 17 years' real estate investment experience including retail, office, residential, logistics and carpark investments of over US$1.5 billion. Previously Ivy worked at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets as a Vice President in their Hong Kong office during 2011-2018. Before that she worked for the real estate fund of Carval Investors. Ivy graduated from Peking University in 2007 with a Bachelor Degree of Economics and a Bachelor Degree of Law.

JEFF YANG

Finance Senior Director

Jeff graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics. He is the member of CPA Aust. and fellow member of CIMA, with around 30 years finance analysis and management experience. Previously, Jeff worked in Goodman, GHD, Veolia Water and other MNCs in Charge of Great China finance strategy planning, tax, project operation analysis and other related works. Jeff has rich experience in finance control, compliance, M&A, financing and etc. Prior to Huibo, Jeff has worked in Goodman for 8.5 years as the Finance Controller of North/West China region, he was in charge of the regional finance work and participated in successful land acquisitions in multiple locations, which includes onshore and offshore deals, equity and asset deals, as well as asset disposals.

JAYCEE LIU

Jaycee holds dual master’s degrees in Architectural & Civil Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University. With a career spanning renowned enterprises like Shanghai Jinqiao (Group) Co., Ltd., Walmart China, and HNA Group (North America), Jaycee has built expertise in asset management, strategic investment, and data-driven operations. As Chief Data Officer of the Industrial Division at Shanghai Jinqiao Group, he led intelligent computing infrastructure deployment, industrial investment promotion, and end-to-end project execution-including asset securitization. His cross-sector experience bridges real estate development, corporate investment, and operational optimization, delivering measurable value across the asset lifecycle.
