James founded LimeTree Capital Partners in 2006. He has over 34 years fiduciary investment management experience. He started his career with Mercury Asset Management in London (part of SG Warburg) and then held various senior management positions with Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management, where he was Chief Executive of the UK business and then Chief Executive Asia/Pacific with responsibility for the equity, fixed income, real estate and private equity investment platforms. James has worked in Asia for 20 years.

KELVIN HSU

Chief Operating Officer

Kelvin Hsu has over 27 years of finance and accounting experience, of which 20 years was spent in the RE industry. His most recent roles were CFO for Tishman Speyer based in Shanghai for 2 years, and COO and CFO for Goodman Asia for almost 10 years. Kelvin’s extensive experience spans the full spectrum of operational disciplines, including finance, accounting, treasury, tax structuring, change management, IT, HR, and corporate governance as well as portfolio and investment management, and business development. Kelvin has worked on projects across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and the UK.

LEON ZHU

LimeTree/Huibo Parking Platform CEO – China

Leon joined Huibo/LimeTree in November 2019 as the Chief Executive Officer of Huibo and is fully responsible for the investment and asset management of all car park operations in China. Leon graduated from Tongji University with a bachelor‘s degree in Civil Engineering and awarded MBA degree from Canberra University, Australia. Prior to joining Huibo/LimeTree Capital, he worked in GLP as Co-Head of Asset Service Platform China, and the Operation Director of JCI to covering East Asia. Leon has experiences in asset management and project management in Asia-Pacific region.

IVY HE

Chief Investment Officer

Ivy joined LimeTree Capital Advisors in 2018 as a senior director. Ivy has 14 years‘ real estate investment experience including retail, office, residential, logistics and carpark investments of over US$1.5 billion. Previously Ivy worked at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets as a Vice President in their Hong Kong office during 2011-2018. Before that she worked for the real estate fund of Carval Investors. Ivy graduated from Peking University in 2007 with a Bachelor Degree of Economics and a Bachelor Degree of Law.

Jeff Yang

Finance Senior Director

Jeff graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics. He is the member of CPA Aust. and fellow member of CIMA, with around 30 years finance analysis and management experience. Previously, Jeff worked in Goodman, GHD, Veolia Water and other MNCs in Charge of Great China finance strategy planning, tax, project operation analysis and other related works. Jeff has rich experience in finance control, compliance, M&A, financing and etc. Prior to Huibo, Jeff has worked in Goodman for 8.5 years as the Finance Controller of North/West China region, he was in charge of the regional finance work and participated in successful land acquisitions in multiple locations, which includes onshore and offshore deals, equity and asset deals, as well as asset disposals.

Charles Chen

CTO

Charles hold master degree of information system engineering and management from Royal Swedish Institute of Technology, IT related bachelor degrees from Mikaeli University of technology, Finland and Tongji University, Shanghai.

Prior to joining Huibo, Charles was responsible for the planning and execution of GLP parks digitization transformation strategies. Charles worked in HP for more than 12 years with management experiences for a 200+ staffs team. As an seasoned IT expert, Charles has served the system upgrade and digitization transformation of China Mobile, Construction Bank of China, Ford Asia, Nike, P&G, Ericsson, Nokia and etc.

Ray Gu

Senior Director of PMO & IOC

Ray graduated from Tongji University with rich experiences in asset management, project management and technology platform development.

Prior to joining Huibo, Ray was the vice president of GLP Asset Service Platform (ASP) and responsible for GLP ASP division’s engineering, technology and intelligent department. Before that, Ray used to work in CBRE.
