With 18 years dedicated to IT research & development and management, he is proficient in multiple programming languages and system architectures. Having focused on parking asset digitalization for nearly a decade, he specializes in applying digital technologies to car park operations and asset management.

His professional background includes tenure at prominent institutions and enterprises such as the Fujian Space Information Research Center (SIRC) and 91 Wireless (a Baidu subsidiary), where he led R&D for digital products in geographic information systems, e-government solutions, and mobile internet applications. Notably, he has spearheaded teams to achieve innovative breakthroughs in cutting-edge domains including indoor high-precision navigation, smart parking platforms, digital asset management systems, and EV charging networks.

OWEN WANG

Head of Sales

Owen graduated from The University of Hong Kong, East China University of Science and Technology, and Harbin University of Science and Technology, holding a Master’s Degree in B2B Marketing Strategy and Management, a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing & Automation, respectively. He has served successively at renowned enterprises including Tesla, Staples, and Shanghai Electric, occupying positions such as Regional Head of Charging Business and Sales Director. Proficient in marketing and digital operations, he focuses on driving business growth through business model innovation and has over 15 years of experience in strategic implementation and growth management within the new energy and B2B service sectors.

JAMES GOULDING

LimeTree Capital – Managing Partner

James founded LimeTree Capital Partners in 2006. With over 34 years of fiduciary investment management experience, he began his career at Mercury Asset Management in London (part of SG Warburg). He subsequently held several senior leadership roles at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management, serving as Chief Executive of the UK business and later as Chief Executive for Asia/Pacific. In these positions, he oversaw equity, fixed income, real estate, and private equity investment platforms. James has been based in Asia for 20 years.

KELVIN HSU

LimeTree Capital – COO

Kelvin Hsu has over 27 years of finance and accounting experience, including 20 years in the real estate industry, with his most recent roles being CFO at Tishman Speyer in Shanghai for two years and COO & CFO at Goodman Asia for nearly a decade. His extensive expertise spans finance, accounting, treasury, tax structuring, change management, IT, HR, corporate governance, portfolio and investment management, and business development, with project experience across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and the UK.

IVY HE

Ivy He joined LimeTree Capital in 2018 as a Senior Director, bringing 18 years of real estate investment experience across retail, office, residential, logistics and car park assets totaling over US$1.5 billion. Prior to this, she served as Vice President at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in Hong Kong from 2011 to 2018, following her tenure at the real estate fund of Carval Investors. Ivy holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Law from Peking University, which she earned in 2007.

JAYCEE LIU

Director of PMO and AM in East China

Jaycee Liu holds dual master’s degrees in Architectural & Civil Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University. With professional experience at leading enterprises including Shanghai Jinqiao (Group) Co., Ltd., Walmart China, and HNA Group (North America), he has developed specialized expertise in asset management, strategic investment, and data-driven operations. As Chief Data Officer of the Industrial Division at Shanghai Jinqiao Group, Jaycee spearheaded intelligent computing infrastructure deployment, industrial investment promotion, and comprehensive project execution – including asset securitization initiatives. His cross-sector experience encompasses real estate development, corporate investment, and operational optimization, consistently delivering measurable value throughout the entire asset lifecycle.

JEFF YANG

Finance Senior Director

Jeff Yang holds a degree from Central University of Finance and Economics and is a member of CPA Australia and a fellow member of CIMA. With approximately 30 years of financial analysis and management experience, he previously held positions at Goodman, GHD, Veolia Water, Deloitte, and other multinational corporations, overseeing Great China finance strategy planning, taxation, project operation analysis, funds management and related functions. Jeff possesses extensive expertise in financial control, compliance, M&A and financing. Prior to WE PARK, he served as Finance Controller for North/West China at Goodman for 8.5 years, managing regional finance operations and participating in successful assets acquisitions across various locations, including both onshore and offshore transactions, equity and asset deals, as well as asset disposals.
