Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Hospital
The Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Hospital is a Grade A Class-3
hospital that co-established by the Renji Hospital
attached to the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong
University, the Ningbo No 2 Hospital, and the
administrative committee of the Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New
Zone.
The GFA of the hospital is 200,000 sqm, and the hospital
has 1,200 beds and more than 1,000 parking bays. The
project total investment is about RMB 1.45 billion.
Wuhan Greenland Center
Greenland Center is the core part of Greenland
International Financial City in Wuhan, the total GFA of
the project exceeded 600,000 sqm, and there are about
3,000 parking bays serving the project.
Wuhan Greenland Center is a big mixed-use project with
shopping center, grade-A office, luxury apartment, hotel
and etc.
Wuhan Greenland Center is featured by a
world-renowned 475 meters skyscraper, the building is the
highest one in central China.
Xi‘an Wanzhong International Plaza
Wanzhong International Plaza is a landmark of Xi’an
Qujiang New District. The project is featured by three
Grade A office buildings and a W Hotel, it’s an
exceptional destination in Xi’an.
The project GFA is about 300,000 sqm with 1,247 parking
bays.

Guangzhou Yuexiu Victory Plaza
Yuexiu Victory Plaza is located in business center of
Tianhe district in Guangzhou. This Grade A asset is a
absolute business landmark in Tianhe CBD which is one of
the top 3 CBD in Guangzhou city. It is a fully stabilized
140,000 sq. meter mixed use commercial office asset that
which also provides a destination for shopping, dining,
leisure, and the Guangzhou Book Center as well. The
flagship store of UNIQLO is also located in this asset.

Sincere City is a large size mix-use complex located at
the CBD of Nan’an District in Chongqing. The project GFA
is about 280,000 sqm with 2,400 parking bays.
The above ground shopping mall is owned by the developer.
After the acquisition, WE PARK refurbished the car park.
The renovated car park has improved the entire project’s
brand image and received recognition from the commercial
management team from the shopping mall.
Chongqing Sunac Skyline
Number 2 Car inventory in china, only second to Beijing at
4.6 million passenger vehicles.
Located in a Nanping CBD district, across from
the chongqing city convention center and as part of the
high end mixed use commercial and residential complex
overlooking the Yangtze River tributary. Excellent 300
meter catchment area. Multi city partnership with major
developer Sunac. 2nd major deal with national chinese
developer with substantial future investment and
management projects pipeline.

Chengdu Lotus Wholesale Centre
One of the major wholesaler centers servicing the entire
southwestern China. The car park not only attracts local
demand but from other small business owners from around
the Sichuan province to come transact business at this
location. The center covers clothing, jewelry and
household goods which are also key categories for the
small businesses to sell either online or offline across
China.
WE PARK refurbished the entire car park in
Oct.2015. The car park has improved dramatically its look
and feel, ease of use, peak time demand balancing, as well
as overall lighting.
Additional storage
facilities were created to help aboveground tenants with
their inventory storage issues, which leads to higher
non-parking revenues for this project.

Chengdu Top City
ChunXi Road commercial area is the most popular shopping
and entertaining area in Chengdu. Global department giants
and major Chinese commercial real estate players, such as
Ito Yokado, Isetan, Parkson, WangFujing department stores
and IFS by Wharf Holdings have all selected this area as
their first presence in Chengdu. As shown in ECA, within
300-meter radius, there are 23 office/retail/public
facilities that enjoy the central CBD Chunxi Road
location. It is estimated that demand exceeds 17,000 bays
and supply is only 4,759 total bays in this area with a
demand / supply ratio at 3.7:1.
This car park is located at the core area of ChunXi Road.
It is one of the oldest commercial mixed use complex that
features a variety of facilities including office
building, shopping mall, dining halls and entertainment
venues. It enjoys strong tourist traffic throughout the
year as well as monthly demand from nearby core CBD
offices. Top City is also located next to two other WE
PARK facilities which benefit from cross marketing and
operations sharing across the 3 car parks.
WE PARK obtained the property title of 268 bays located at
B1 and B2 of Top City, and made investments to refurbish
the entire car park by installing energy saving lighting
systems and advanced license plate recognition parking
management systems, which impressed clients and improved
their overall parking experience.
The above ground asset is already undergoing upgrades and
repositioning in 2017 which will further enhance traffic
flow. A home decoration company has leased 10,000sqm in
Top City for their Chengdu headquarter and exhibition
center.

Chengdu West Village
West Village of Chengdu is a development gathering
enterprises that uphold "modern services" as their core
values and focus on the development of art & culture and
creative industries. It is under the management and
operation of Chengdu Beisen Investment Group.
The project demonstrates a pleasant life and work style by
housing creative art & culture space, modern office
buildings and basketball and sports fields & green fields,
etc. It was completed and launched for operation in May
2015. The car park of West Village is comprised of 6 zones
named after different sports. Each zone is well equipped
with signage aligning with the theme of the entire
village, which is "sport, Vitality and Health". With
electronic car parking navigation system in the entire car
park and online payment systems installed in all of the
lift halls, the car park does not rely on exit payment and
instead create a more user friendly and hassle-free
payment and exit experience.
WE PARK has also partnered to EV Power Group to be a
partner for all of its facilities in Chengdu to provide
state of the art electric car charging facilities to
promote usage of our car parks as well as use of
alternative fuel vehicles. We have also partnered to
electric car rental fleets to make available car sharing
services for non car owners.
WE PARK takes the initiative to follow the Parksmart
guidelines of GBCI, the certification body for USGBC’s
global LEED green building rating system. We are putting
the time, resources and effort in to make West Village a
high-performance, sustainable car park and the first in
China to be certified by GBCI.

Tianjing Sunac Magnetic Plaza
Sunac Magnetic Plaza, is located in the Olympic Center
Area, which is one of the most vibrant commercial and
high-end residential area, as well as right next to a
sports stadium holding regular sporting and music events
throughout the year. Sunac, a major HK listed Chinese
developer, is the key tenant in this mixed use commercial
office and retail complex. Sunac successfully sold the car
park to WE PARK and has also entrusted operations of its
ground parking facilities to WE PARK as well. This
partnership has subsequently been extended to other cities
which will lead to a long and sustainable partnership
model across China.
New renovations in the basement car park has created a new
“2nd Lobby” for the entire facility, providing key parking
zones for the multiple office and retail zones. New
lighting and prominent signage has simplified the parking
routine of both monthly and hourly visitors, as well as
Auto-pay features across the entire car park has
eliminated huge lines of cars during exit to ease traffic
flow and improve turnover during busiest times over
weekends and when major sporting events occur.

SOHO Portfolio
The acquisition of 9 car parks from SOHO China at core CBD
in Beijing was recorded as the biggest commercial car
parks transaction in the history of China.
Galaxy, Jianwai, Sanlitun, Chaoyangmen, Danling, Nexus,
Shangdu, Chaowai and Zhongguancun, the 9 SOHO projects
have about 8,000 parking bays. After the transaction, WE
PARK is managing the entire car park of each project and
improving the parking experience.
Beijing Shunmai Jinzuan
Shunmai is located next to the 3rd Ring Road in CBD
Chaoyang District in Beijing, a mature downtown area with
an excellent tenant base.
WE PARK refurbished the entire car park and
invested additional capital in regards to LED lighting,
auto pay systems, as well as overall design and look and
feel of both the aboveground and below ground car parking
areas. Additional new features include a retailer
electronic voucher program, central control room for all
parking areas, as well as an innovative nighttime parking
program for nearby residential residents.
The
car park has 548 bays in total, 441 of which are
underground bays and 108 are surface bays.

Shimao Plaza
Shimao Plaza is a large-size commercial complex with
retail, office building, hotel, high-end apartment and
residential community. The land size is about 500,000 sqm
and the GFA of the total project is about 1.5 million
square meters. The commercial GFA is more than 400,000 sqm
with more than 2000 parking bays.
Nanjing Zifeng Plaza
WE PARK have established long-term cooperation with
Greenland which is the biggest real estate developer in
China.
Zifeng Plaza is located in Gulou CBD of
Nanjing. Gulou CBD is one of Nanjing’s top business hubs
and features this asset which is the top 10 highest
skyscraper in the world measuring 450 meters at its peak
comprised of a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, Premium
Grade A Office, as well as a major retail podium.
This area is also the first choice of MNCs in
the financial, media, consulting and energy industries. It
has a total of 610 bays which has 24 hour demand from its
daytime office usage as well as nighttime hotel patronage.
The facility also attracts nearby hospital staff and
visitor demand.
Zhong Rong Heng Rui
ZRHR is located nearby by the Lujiazui financial center,
with a featured shopping mall and two office towers. The
project GFA is about 100,000 sqm with 302 parking bays.
After the use right acquisition of the car park, WE PARK
invested in the renovation that has improved the parking
experience and the quality of the entire project.
After the renovation, ZRHR car park received the Parksmart
Certificate from USGBC.
