With the growth of Chinese consumption, Chinese private car ownership keeps rising rapidly and existing parking supply is far from being able to meet the increasing demand for parking spaces. Urban development and planning has been severely held back due historical legacy issues, leading to the current "parking dilemma“. The traditional car parking industry can be characterized as labor intensive, under invested, under managed, and lacking attention to customer needs and satisfaction. WE PARK aims not only to be the pioneer of parking investment in China but also as a complete parking value chain platform to accelerate the development of the Chinese parking industry with international advanced standards and Chinese local characteristics.

We establish strategic partnerships with owners, developers, government and other partners through acquisition of property and operation rights, medium and long term leasing, joint investment, PPP, contracted operations and labor management services. Through transformation, refurbishment, technology upgrading and proactive management, we effectively help our partners optimize the customer parking experience, and enhance the visual and asset value of the aboveground building while modernizing the car park property management.
