WE PARK

Established in 2013, we have over a decade of specialized expertise in parking asset management. We maintain strong, extensive partnerships with leading domestic developers, hospitals, as well as new energy vehicle charging equipment manufacturers and operators. Currently, we have established a deep presence in Tier 1 and major Tier 2 cities across China, with extensive operational experience across diverse parking formats including commercial offices, hospitals, industrial parks, and transportation hubs.

WE PARK is committed to continuously enhancing asset returns, optimizing the service experience, and increasing the overall asset value of car parks through proactive management and technological solutions. Notably, our operated car parks at Chengdu West Village and Shanghai Zhongrong Hengrui, have been awarded the Parksmart certification. Parksmart is the only global rating system dedicated to advancing the sustainable development of the parking industry.

Headquartered in Shanghai, WE PARK has established an Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) in the city to provide centralized management for our car parks across China.
